Designed by the American, Cabell B. Robinson, this course has the characteristics of an authentic "links". It unfurls itself mainly along a cliff looking over the Atlantic Ocean, allowing for views of unique beauty over the sea, dunes, lakes and the pine forest that dominates the local landscape. The course is a Par 72 (6,467 metres) and, particularly over the last nine holes, the player is able to enjoy some of the most challenging golfing situations. The whole course provides a great deal of variety. Hole 17's huge extension makes it the second largest Par 5 in the country.

Situated in the Botado Tourist Centre, near the dunes of Consolação beach, Peniche. The course, with its six lakes and big bunkers runs parallel to the beach for two and a half kilometres. Nine more holes are planned to be built but the existing nine holes have different setting-off tees which makes playing a second round very different from the first. The course has the characteristics of a "links" and is demanding for players particularly as it been built around a juniper grove which has to be preserved and now is home to many lost balls!

This course is located at Porto Novo, Torres Vedras. The course unfurls between cliffs with sea views on one side and on the other it looks inland over hills and woods. It was designed by Frank Pennink to run along the banks of the Alcabrichel river, which naturally divides the course into two sections. Although not a long course, it is famous for the quality of its greens and is reputed to be difficult with narrow fairways allowing little margin for error. This forms part of the leisure complex known locally as Golf Mar
